Classifying the magnetic buzzer 1. The drive methods: we can divide the magnetic buzzer into two parts: self drive (inner circuit, DC type, active); and external drive ( no circuit, AC type, passive). 2. The solder fixed methods: there are three types, Pin, Wire, and SMT(SMD) types. There is another early type buzzer called Solid State. The work principle is using the action of the coil on the magnet to drive the diaphragm making sound.
